Required Skills:

• Medical degree (MD or DO) with valid state medical license
• Board certification or eligibility in Otolaryngology
• Proficiency in "bread and butter" ENT procedures
• Experience with audiology-related evaluations and procedures
• Ability to perform surgical procedures in a clinical setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in outpatient ENT clinics
• Familiarity with advanced ENT diagnostic tools
• Prior experience with call coverage in an outpatient setting
• Ability to perform some procedures in the clinic setting

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Completion of ENT residency program
• Minimum of 2 years clinical experience in Otolaryngology
• Proven track record of managing ENT disorders and surgeries

Other Requirements:

• Must be able to see clinic patients Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from with a lunch break from
• Surgery days on Tuesday and Friday
• Ability to take 1-3 call days per month (approximately 10 days per month)
• Valid state licensure and certifications
• Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development
• Flexible schedule to accommodate surgery and clinic days
