This facility is seeking an Otolaryngology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

  Monday-Friday, Clinic and Surgery
• Practice Setting:
  Inpatient and Outpatient
• Types of Cases:
  Bread and butter ear, nose, throat (ENT) procedures
• Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR):
  Epic
• Certifications
  
  Required:
  
  Board Certified, Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Life Support (ACLS)
• Licensure
  
  Required:
  
  Wisconsin license or Interstate Medical License Compact (IMLCC)
