• Proactively solicit new residential mortgage business and promote mortgage products
• Identify, develop, and maintain a quality network of business relationships that serve as a recurring source of referrals
• Assist members by matching needs to appropriate credit union products
• Ensure exceptional member service by maintaining a thorough knowledge of lending programs, policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

• Have a minimum of one year mortgage lending experience
• Able to analyze detailed financial and credit data
• Able to organize and prioritize duties while working accurately under pressure
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Windows programs
• Above average accuracy and attention to details
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work in direct, professional contact with a wide variety of people
