A Typical Day...
As a Multi-Unit Team Leader, you will oversee three H&R Block tax offices, providing leadership and support to help accelerate their seasonal tax business. You will be responsible for team development, client experience, and achieving growth objectives. Prior tax preparation experience is not required.
You will start part-time in the fall to prepare for the tax season and transition to full-time from January to April, including evening and weekend hours. This role requires in-person work and travel between offices.

- Multi-unit management experience in retail, restaurant, banking, or related industries
What you'll bring to the team...
- Managing staffing, operations, and logistics across multiple offices with support from Associate Team Leaders
- Partnering with the District General Manager to develop growth plans and community partnerships
- Assisting in recruiting and performance management of associates
- Building a positive team environment through training and coaching
- Leading team meetings and communication
- Creating work schedules and managing labor costs
- Traveling between offices as needed
- Preparing tax returns upon successful completion of required courses or assessments
Your Expertise
- People management and team development skills
- Ability to execute growth strategies and lead a growth-oriented culture
- Decision-making skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; successful completion of tax courses or assessments
