Night Shift Supervisor - 12 hour shifts

Base pay range: $25.00/hr – $33.00/hr
Wages up to $33.00/hr, dependent on experience, plus a $2.50 per hour night shift differential.

Work only 15 days per month with a unique 2‑2‑3 schedule (12‑hour static night shifts, 6:00 pm – 6:00 am):

• 12‑hour static shifts (Nights – 6:00 pm – 6:00 am)

• Operate state‑of‑the‑art plastic extrusion equipment to produce high‑quality specialty films.
• Monitor production quality, troubleshoot equipment issues, and participate in comprehensive training.
• Perform duties safely in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Maintain good interaction and teamwork with supervisor and co‑workers.
• Demonstrate proven leadership ability.
• Apply mechanical aptitude to solve machine problems.
• Meet lean manufacturing expectations and safety standards.
• Assist in continuous improvement and KPI improvement initiatives.

• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, pull, and lift throughout a 12‑hour period (lift limit 65 lbs).
• Ability to pass a pre‑employment drug screen.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Leadership experience with shift management, training, and performance evaluation.
• Commitment to safety, quality production, and inclusive workplace culture.
• Experience in manufacturing, preferably plastic extrusion.
• Lean manufacturing experience preferred.
• Associate’s degree or equivalent job experience.
• 3‑5 years progressively responsible positions; 1‑3 years plastic extrusion experience desired.
