Night Shift Supervisor - 12 hour shifts

Base pay range: $25.00/hr – $33.00/hr
Wages up to $33.00/hr, dependent on experience, plus a $2.50 per hour night shift differential.
Work only 15 days per month with a unique 2‑2‑3 schedule (12‑hour static night shifts, 6:00 pm – 6:00 am):

Friday, Saturday, & Sunday - 12‑hour static shifts (Nights – 6:00 pm – 6:00 am)
- Operate state‑of‑the‑art plastic extrusion equipment to produce high‑quality specialty films.
- Monitor production quality, troubleshoot equipment issues, and participate in comprehensive training.
- Perform duties safely in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Maintain good interaction and teamwork with supervisor and co‑workers.
- Demonstrate proven leadership ability.
- Apply mechanical aptitude to solve machine problems.
- Meet lean manufacturing expectations and safety standards.
- Assist in continuous improvement and KPI improvement initiatives.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, pull, and lift throughout a 12‑hour period (lift limit 65 lbs).
- Ability to pass a pre‑employment drug screen.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership experience with shift management, training, and performance evaluation.
- Commitment to safety, quality production, and inclusive workplace culture.
- Experience in manufacturing, preferably plastic extrusion.
- Lean manufacturing experience preferred.
- Associate’s degree or equivalent job experience.
- 3‑5 years progressively responsible positions; 1‑3 years plastic extrusion experience desired.
