The Role
You will operate state-of-the-art plastic extrusion equipment to produce high-quality specialty films. Working in a collaborative environment, you'll monitor production quality, troubleshoot equipment issues, and participate in our comprehensive training program while contributing to sustainable packaging solutions that make a real difference.
Schedule:Mon
- Fri 8 hour shifts on Nights, or Mon-Thurs 10 hour shifts on Nights
What You'll Do
- Performs duties in a manner that adheres to safety policies and procedures.
- Slitting down master rolls into smaller sizes, rolls
- Rewinding of questionable materials
- Meeting quality expectations
- Maintain good interaction and teamwork with supervisor and co-workers
What You’ll Bring
Essential
Qualifications:
- Ability to work 8 or 10 hour shifts and lift up to 50 pounds
- Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort with measuring tools
- Strong communication skills and positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a technical environment
Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening - 1-3 years of plastic extrusion experience
- Basic computer knowledge
- Previous manufacturing experience
- Wages ranging from $18.00 +, dependent on experience.
- Additional $2.50 per hour
night shift differential.
