NuWest is seeking a dependable Certified Nursing Assistant for a 13-week travel assignment in a fast-paced Emergency Department. This role supports the nursing team in caring for patients of all ages. The ideal candidate is a team-oriented, adaptable traveler who can acclimate quickly and contribute from day one.

Key Responsibilities:
- Obtain and accurately document vital signs, including height, weight, and pulse oximetry
- Assist nurses and providers with patient care, procedures, and examinations
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including mobility, toileting, hygiene, and feeding
- Transport, position, and transfer patients safely
- Collect specimens and perform basic point-of-care tasks as directed
- Monitor patients and promptly report changes in condition to the nursing team
- Clean, stock, and prepare exam rooms and treatment areas, and maintain equipment and supplies
- Follow infection control, safety, and HIPAA standards
Required Qualifications:
- Active Wisconsin CNA certification
- Experience as a CNA in an acute care setting
- Ability to pass required background checks and drug screening
