• Supervise the professional and retail operations of store and team members involved.
  • Professional – All delivery and installer service specialists
  • Retail – All parts and merchandising specialists
• Responsible for supervising work performed by all team members assigned to store/HUB store.
• Collaborate with district manager and store manager on recruiting, testing, hiring, evaluating, promoting, disciplining and discharging team members.
• Communicate information from Team Weekly and monthly store manager meetings to all team members.
• Train new team members and handle performance evaluations, recommending pay increases.
• Assist in the hiring process by completing recruiting tasks, scheduling and participating in interviews, evaluating candidates and collaborating with management.
• Support safety compliance and ensure all team members receive appropriate training across all areas.
• Make sales calls with or without the store manager; may be assigned a schedule for weekly customer calls.
• Support store manager in store operations as assigned.
• Maintain delivery fleet and records for each vehicle; keep the store/HUB store neat, clean, and organized.
• Utilize electronic scheduling, clocking, and payroll systems; learn payroll entry functions.
• Manage key components of gross profit and monitor professional customer returns, price matches, and overrides.
• Review individual team member productivity and KPI dashboards daily; discuss monthly P&L with store manager and identify opportunities.

• High School Diploma
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
• Must complete Assistant Manager Certification, Sales Specialist Training, and Manager Development Program
• Ability to read and match numerical/alpha characters quickly and accurately
• Knowledge of automotive parts, equipment, and systems

• O’Reilly store and/or distribution center experience
• Completed O’Reilly management training program
• Advanced computer skills
• ASE Certification
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired)
