Join the Dahl Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM team in Rhinelander, WI as a Sales & Leasing Consultant! This role is ideal for individuals with sales and/or customer service experience who enjoy building relationships and delivering exceptional guest experiences. You’ll guide customers through the vehicle-buying process, helping them find the new or pre‑owned vehicle that fits their lifestyle and needs.

Responsibilities

Build meaningful, long‑term relationships that turn guests into clients for life.

Utilize a consultative sales approach by asking thoughtful questions and actively listening to understand customer needs.

Continuously grow your product knowledge and sales expertise to become a trusted vehicle specialist, including features, packages, and the latest automotive technologies.

Deliver professional, high‑quality demonstrations of both new and pre‑owned vehicles.

Maintain consistent follow‑up with customers to drive satisfaction, repeat business, and referrals.

Confidently address objections and succeed in a fast‑paced sales environment.

Communicate regularly with the Sales Manager regarding goals, activities, performance, and results.

Bring energy, professionalism, and a positive attitude to work every day.

Qualifications

• Self‑starter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred
• Ready to waste no time on learning new product in’s and out’s, eager to improve
• Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members
• Professional, well‑groomed personal appearance
• Previous sales and/or customer service experience, with preference given to candidates with prior automotive sales experience (not required)
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
