Position: Membrane Electrode Senior Engineer (M/F)
Experteer Overview In this role you will define and drive electrochemical stack development within the electrolysis system product program. You will coordinate technical activities, guide improvements, and ensure alignment with the group’s strategic vision for energy transition. You will lead material selection, risk assessment, and collaboration with cross‑functional teams to integrate stack technology into final products. You will stay abreast of advances and mentor junior engineers, delivering measurable performance gains.

This is a hands‑on, impact‑driven role at the forefront of hydrogen technology and decarbonisation.

Retribuzione / Benefits Coordinate and oversee electrochemical stack engineering activities and define improvement roadmaps

Identify, assess and manage technical risks in stack development projects

Identify areas for design improvements to maximize performance (electrodes, membranes, stack architecture)
Lead material selection and coordinate lab work to ensure performance and durability

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate stack technology into products

Stay updated on electrochemical advancements and incorporate relevant innovations

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and support staff

Responsabilità7+ years' experience in electrochemical stack engineering, electrolyzers, fuel cells or related technologies

Strong knowledge of electrochemical principles and material science

Experience with performance setting and optimization of electrochemical stacks

Proven ability to manage technical risks in complex development programs

Excellent problem‑solving skills

Effective written and oral communication and collaboration abilities
