Design Assistant

Our Design Assistant’s main responsibility is to support our design team in the development and execution of design projects. You will assist in concept development and administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone passionate about design and eager to learn in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

• Collaborates closely with the Design Director and the design team on project priorities
• Adheres to a set design calendar and project deadlines
• Organizes and maintains design files, materials, and samples
• Creates product development sheets for designs, ensuring specs are accurate and items will execute
• Supports design team to edit or update designs
• Works collaboratively with the merchant, sales, and sourcing teams

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud programs:
  Illustrator, Photoshop, hand rendering and manipulating
• Ability to measure and describe jewelry and accessory components
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent time management and ability to multitask
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work extra hours to meet deadlines as necessary

Full-time

$40,000 - $50,000 Annually
