United Skates of America Inc.
United Skates of America, a leading recreation and entertainment facility management company for over 50 years, is hiring an Assistant Manager (Part‑Time) to support operations at our roller‑skating facility in Rumford, RI (75 New Rd). The facility offers roller and in‑line skating, a game arcade, a novelty redemption shop, a pizza café, and birthday parties.
ResponsibilitiesAs an assistant manager, you will assist the senior manager with day‑to‑day operations, guest service, and team coordination. Your tasks include maintaining a welcoming environment, overseeing guest experiences, and supporting a dynamic workforce.
Qualifications- Outgoing leadership style – leading by example
- Experience in operations and management in entertainment, hospitality, restaurant, retail, or related fields
- Flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proven cash‑control experience
- Comfortable managing 100+ guests at a time
- Eagerness to learn business financials and statistics
- Fun, guest‑experience mindset
Job type: Part‑time
Compensation: $16/hr (20–30 hrs/week)
