Note: Night shift position, 12-hour rotational shifts from 1845 to 0700, following a 2-3-2 schedule (2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off), including holidays and every other weekend.

Job Summary: Responsibilities include following SOPs for hands-on operation, setup, cleaning, filter building, equipment operation, raw material dispensing, autoclaving, validation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and documentation review. Attention to detail is essential. The plant operates 24/7.

Skills &

Qualifications:

Degree in Biology/Life Sciences and/or relevant experience preferred but not required. Must lift 25 lbs. Key skills include ability to work 12-hour night shifts, attention to detail, team orientation, and GMP knowledge (~1+ year).

Daily Responsibilities: Use of MES, SAP, ERP; assembly, cleaning, autoclaving, bagging; documentation; lifting and moving loads; operating PITs; weighing raw materials; attending shift meetings; troubleshooting; communication.
