• Seek ways to improve your process and communicate your ideas to internal customers and suppliers.
• Use effective problem‑solving skills to increase the value we provide so we can consistently create "WOW!" experiences for our external customers.

• No specific experience is required.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of measuring tools, machine fixtures, machining principles, and mathematics.
