Associate Manufacturing - NightsIn this vital role you will perform operations in the Manufacturing area under general supervision, following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). The position requires a 12‑hour shift (7 PM‑7 AM) on a rotating C Shift schedule. The first 2–6 weeks are administrative (Monday–Friday, 8 AM‑5 PM). Extra benefits include a 15 % shift differential and premium pay for Sundays worked.
Responsibilities- Perform and monitor critical processes, complete routine validation protocols, and regularly draft and revise documents such as Manufacturing Procedures, SOPs, and technical reports.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and assist in reviewing documentation for assigned functions.
- Participate on cross‑functional teams and represent Manufacturing.
- Own NC/CAPA’s as needed.
- Identify, recommend, and implement improvements related to routine functions.
- High school/GED + 2 years of manufacturing or operations experience
- Associate’s degree + 6 months of manufacturing or operations experience
- Bachelor’s degree (any field)
- Knowledge of single‑use biomanufacturing technology
- CFR and regulatory knowledge
- Mechanical ability/expertise
- Knowledge of lab equipment and computers
- Basic statistical/mathematical skills
- Ability to interpret and apply GMP knowledge
- Understanding of analytical methods for manufacturing
- Technical writing capability
- Project management and presentation skills
- Fundamental chemistry, biology, and physical principles
- Basic troubleshooting skills
- Experience with Delta V, RD’s
- Experience with lab equipment/testing
- Base salary: $60,000 – $75,000 (actual will vary by experience and skills)
