Associate Manufacturing - Nights

Join Amgen's mission to serve patients. In this role, you will support the production process by operating equipment, maintaining production records, and adhering to safety and quality standards.

What You Will Do
  • Perform manufacturing operations under general supervision.
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Monitor critical processes, complete routine validation protocols, and draft/revise documents such as Manufacturing Procedures and technical reports.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and assist in reviewing documentation for assigned functions.
  • Participate on cross‑functional teams and represent manufacturing teams.
  • Own deviations and CAPA’s as required.
  • Identify, recommend, and implement improvements related to routine functions.

Expected 12‑hour shift (7 PM – 7 AM) on a rotating D‑Shift schedule. You will receive a 15 % shift differential and premium pay for Sundays. Initial 2‑6 week onboarding is administrative (Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM).

What We Expect Of You Basic Qualifications
  • High school/GED + 2 years manufacturing or operations experience or
  • Associate’s + 6 months manufacturing or operations experience or
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering.
  • Knowledge of Single‑use Systems.
  • CFR and regulatory knowledge.
  • Mechanical ability/expertise.
  • Basic statistical/mathematical skills.
  • Ability to interpret and apply GMP knowledge.
  • Understanding of analytical methods for manufacturing.
  • Demonstrated technical writing capability.
  • Project management and presentation skills.
  • Basic chemistry, biology, and physical science understanding.
  • Basic troubleshooting skills on production equipment.
  • Experience with Delta V.
  • Experience with lab equipment/testing.
