In this vital role you will perform operations in the Manufacturing area under general supervision, following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). The position requires a 12‑hour shift (7 PM‑7 AM) on a rotating C Shift schedule. The first 2–6 weeks are administrative (Monday–Friday, 8 AM‑5 PM). Extra benefits include a 15 % shift differential and premium pay for Sundays worked.

• Perform and monitor critical processes, complete routine validation protocols, and regularly draft and revise documents such as Manufacturing Procedures, SOPs, and technical reports.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and assist in reviewing documentation for assigned functions.
• Participate on cross‑functional teams and represent Manufacturing.
• Own NC/CAPA’s as needed.
• Identify, recommend, and implement improvements related to routine functions.

• High school/GED + 2 years of manufacturing or operations experience
• Associate’s degree + 6 months of manufacturing or operations experience
• Bachelor’s degree (any field)

• Knowledge of single‑use biomanufacturing technology
• CFR and regulatory knowledge
• Mechanical ability/expertise
• Knowledge of lab equipment and computers
• Basic statistical/mathematical skills
• Ability to interpret and apply GMP knowledge
• Understanding of analytical methods for manufacturing
• Technical writing capability
• Project management and presentation skills
• Fundamental chemistry, biology, and physical principles
• Basic troubleshooting skills
• Experience with Delta V, RD’s
• Experience with lab equipment/testing

• Base salary: $60,000 – $75,000 (actual will vary by experience and skills)
