The Senior Manager of Process Quality is responsible for ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 standards and driving process excellence across the organization. This role leads initiatives to standardize workflows, extend ISO certifications to new facilities, and oversee a team focused on compliance, process development, and continuous improvement. The position collaborates with cross‑functional teams to implement corrective actions, enhance supplier quality processes, and advance operational maturity through strategic initiatives and training programs.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure ongoing compliance and certification of the QMS to ISO 9001 standards.
- Drive process standardization efforts to align cross‑functional standard work documents.
- Lead ISO certification extension projects for new repair and field service facilities.
- Oversee the Process Quality team focused on compliance, process development, and continuous improvement.
- Support Supplier Quality Engineer within the team to develop supplier selection, risk assessment, onboarding, and performance monitoring processes.
- Develop strategic initiatives designed to advance the organization’s maturity in process and operational excellence.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions for process deviations.
- Monitor and report on key process indicators to ensure continued improvement and compliance.
- Facilitate training sessions for staff on updated quality standards and procedures.
- Perform internal audits to verify adherence to established process controls and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with external auditors to support periodic assessments and maintain certification status.
Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or related field
Preferred Education: Master’s degree in Quality Management or related field
Minimum Experience: 5 years
Preferred Experience: 8+ years
Required
Licenses/Certifications:
- Experience with ISO 9001, SAP, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook
- Certifications such as Six Sigma Black Belt, ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), or Certified Quality Manager (CQM) are a plus

At Brightstar, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. The estimated starting compensation range is $90,746 - $200,000. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses.
