Are you friendly, outgoing, and great at talking to people? Nucar Toyota of North Kingstown is looking for a Service Drive Acquisition Specialist - an easy-to-learn, customer-focused role that connects our service customers with opportunities to upgrade their vehicles.
This is a great position for someone who enjoys helping people, working in a team environment, and being part of a fast-growing dealership. No previous car sales experience is required - we'll train you!
What You'll Do:- Talk with customers who are already visiting our service department about vehicle upgrade options.
- Reach out to customers by phone or email to see if they'd like to explore newer models.
- Help customers understand their trade-in value and what makes upgrading a great option.
- Work with our sales and service teams to make the process smooth and enjoyable.
- A friendly, professional communicator who enjoys helping people.
- Someone comfortable talking with customers in person and on the phone.
- A team player who can stay organized and positive in a busy environment.
- Detail-oriented and eager to learn - automotive experience is a plus, but not required.

Education and Skill Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service experience
- Computer proficiency
- Strong multi-tasking and time management skills
- Sales experience preferred
- Interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients
