We are seeking a reliable and responsible CDL‑A Truck Driver to support our Rumford, RI facility and product delivery operations.

• Direct Hire (no agencies or third parties)
• Full‑time, permanent position
• Hourly wage: $26.00/HR (non‑negotiable)
• Performance Bonus: $2,000 total ($1,000 after 90 days, $1,000 after 180 days)
• Paid vacation: 2 weeks (up to 5 weeks with seniority)
• Unused sick time can be cashed in at year‑end; up to 1 week of vacation may roll over
• 8 paid company holidays
• Insurance eligibility starts 1 month after hire. 2025 combined medical/dental/vision premium: $66 every two weeks for employee‑only select coverage.

• Monday – Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm ET or until route completion
• Variations due to weather, traffic, and workload
• 4–10 stops per day within a 100‑mile radius of Rumford, RI

• Drive a 28‑foot curtain side truck (Conestoga style – flatbed with a soft‑shell box).
• Operate a 10‑speed manual transmission; no automatic restrictions.
• Load and unload by hand as needed, including lifting up to 70 lb.
• Use sit‑down propane forklifts at the facility to load the truck.
• Travel within a 100‑mile radius, ensuring timely, on‑time deliveries.

• Valid CDL Class A
• 2+ years driving 10‑speed manual transmissions
• Certified to use air brakes
• Clean driving record for the past three years in all licensed states
• Registered with the U.S. DOT Clearinghouse
• Valid DOT medical certificate
• Pass pre‑employment DOT controlled‑substances screening (49 CFR 40/382)
• Previous warehousing experience preferred; pallet‑jack proficiency and comfort handling hand unloads and 70 lb lifts
• Good problem‑solving skills
