Receiving Associate

Schedule for this role is:
Mon-Fri 8a-4:30 and Saturdays as needed

The Receiving Associate I is responsible for assisting with the receipt, inspection, and documentation of incoming goods under supervision. This role supports the organization of received inventory, communicates basic discrepancies, and ensures proper handling of inbound materials. A forklift license is required.

• Assist with receiving and inspection of incoming shipments
• Enter dates, lots, and upload packing slips to system accurately
• Document basic receiving information and upscale discrepancies
• Organize received items and maintain storage areas
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and barcode scanners
• Communicate with the receiving team and other departments as needed
• Support labeling, staging, and put-away processes
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in receiving zones
• Other duties as assigned

• Attention to detail and follow-through
• Ability to learn ERP and barcode scanning systems
• Familiarity with receiving paperwork and labeling
• Comfortable using basic computer applications
• Forklift certification required
• Physical ability to lift and move materials and stand for extended periods

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience preferably in a receiving role

$19.22 - $19.22 an hour
