The Customer Service Officer pro‑actively manages the releases and/or delivery of incoming cargo to final receivers. They handle all queries from customers, terminals, customs and other CMA CGM departments, and multitask within the various Import Customer Service teams.

• Administrative activities concerning the processing, documentation and handling of all incoming cargo
• Maintaining contact with customers, hauliers, HO, stevedore, agents, customs and other departments
• Reviewing, improving and implementing work procedures and company policies, and updating the customer profile

• Excellent knowledge of the Dutch & English language
• Some work experience within customer service roles
• Excellent knowledge of the MS Office package
• Ability to work in a stressful environment
• A logical approach to problem solving
• Customer‑focused & Pro‑active
