Crest Recruitment is seeking a Site Manager for a brand-new affordable housing development in Barry, Vale of Glamorgan. You will be responsible for delivering 70 new homes, leading day-to-day site operations and liaising with clients, consultants and subcontractors to ensure quality and on-time delivery.
The role requires a confident leader with excellent communication skills, capable of building strong relationships with local authorities and internal stakeholders across our regional business.
