Hunter Selection is recruiting a Maintenance Manager for a well-established international manufacturing business in South Wales. You will lead the maintenance team, drive asset integrity, and deliver both reliability improvements and CAPEX/OPEX projects to ensure safe, compliant plant operation.
The role requires a proven track record in maintenance management, planning, and strong stakeholder communication. Salary 50,000–67,000 GBP, with a company pension, bonus up to 10%, and 25 days’ holidays.
