Site Manager

Site Manager Rhyl

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to start work in Rhyl, commencing early February.

The role involves managing works on social housing projects, including:

• Scaffolding

• Roofing

• Solar PV installations

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing day to day site operations

• Managing subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered safely and on programme

• Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations

• Liaising with clients, residents, and project teams

• Maintaining site records and reporting progress

Requirements:

• Valid CSCS card

• SMSTS

• First Aid

• Previous experience managing similar works, ideally within social housing

• Strong organisational and communication skills
