Amazon UK Services Ltd. is seeking Delivery Service Liaison Agents who directly contact customers to ensure missed deliveries are resolved and customer queries are handled effectively within the last-mile network.
You will base at a last-mile warehouse, communicating with warehouse teams, delivery partners and customers to guide rescheduling and issue resolution, contributing to a great customer experience.
