We are seeking a qualified Teaching Assistant with experience in secondary education and special educational needs (SEN). This role offers both long-term and supply opportunities, ideal for someone passionate about supporting students and enhancing their educational experience.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Assist in the delivery of educational programs and activities under the guidance of the lead teacher.
• Support students with special educational needs, ensuring they receive the required attention and resources.
• Facilitate small group sessions and one-to-one support, focusing on students' individual learning needs.
• Collaborate with teachers to monitor student progress and contribute to assessment reports.
• Maintain a safe and positive learning environment that promotes student well-being.
• Participate in training and development sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge in education and special needs support.

Required Skills &

Qualifications:

• Must be a qualified Teaching Assistant.
• Proven experience working in a secondary school environment.
• Strong experience in supporting students with special educational needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
