Job Purpose

To support learners enrolled on the Junior Apprenticeship Vocational Programme at Grŵp Llandrillo Menai
, enabling them to make the most of their potential and fully engage with the learning opportunities available to them. To support and assist teaching staff in the academic, social and pastoral care of learners.

• Assist teaching staff with academic, social, and pastoral care of learners.
• Support learners as they transition into a college environment, promoting independence, confidence and engagement in vocational learning.
• Participate in relevant staff training activities and continually develop the skills necessary to be as effective as possible in this role.

• Salary: £15,169 per annum

• Holiday Entitlement: 28 days leave per annum (01 September to 31 August).
• All normally observed public holidays, determined annually.
• Up to 5 days efficiency closure days per annum, determined annually.
• Part Time contracts will receive a pro‑rata entitlement to the above.
• Term Time contracts will receive a pro‑rata entitlement to the above paid as part of annual salary.
• Working Pattern: 25 hours per week, 38 weeks per year (during the college term)
