, we're working with a range of welcoming and supportive secondary schools across South Wales who are looking for enthusiastic Humanities Teachers to join their teams. Whether your specialism is History, Geography, Religious Education, or a combination of Humanities subjects

What You'll Be DoingDeliver engaging and thought-provoking Humanities lessons across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 opportunities may be available)
Inspire students through creative, interactive, and inclusive teaching
Plan, prepare, and assess lessons in line with the curriculum
Encourage critical thinking, discussion, and independent learning
Create a positive, supportive classroom environment where every learner can succeed
Monitor progress and provide constructive feedback to help students achieve their potential
Work collaboratively with colleagues to share ideas and deliver outstanding learning experiences
Promote safeguarding, wellbeing, and positive behaviour at all times
Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) (or equivalent)
Has experience teaching Humanities within a secondary school setting
Can teach one or more Humanities subjects confidently
Has excellent classroom management skills
Brings energy, enthusiasm, and creativity into every lesson
Is passionate about helping young people succeed
Has a strong understanding of safeguarding and inclusive practice
Holds an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or is happy to apply for one)
Is registered with the Education Workforce Council (EWC), or willing to register
