Sales Receptionist – Darwin Escapes

Location: Dyserth Road, New Pines Holiday Home Park, Rhyl

Contract type: Part‑time

Salary: £12.21 per hour (based on experience)

We are looking for a Sales Receptionist to join our team at Darwin Escapes. This permanent, part‑time role requires 16 hours across two days, including Monday & Sunday. Flexibility is essential to meet the needs of the business.

• Handle all telephone and personal enquiries courteously and promptly.
• Meet and greet all guests, offering refreshments when required.
• Deal with all customer queries and complaints immediately and courteously.
• Accurate cash handling.
• Ensure resort information is up to date and relevant.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed.

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and strong communication skills are essential.
• Right to live and work in the UK.
• A driving licence and ability to drive is advantageous for travel to and from the resort.
