Powys Teaching Health Board is seeking an ambitious Principal Finance Manager to lead the Finance Team and shape financial strategy for high-quality healthcare services across Powys. You will report to the Assistant Director of Finance and guide planning, forecasting, and value delivery while championing modern finance systems and data-driven decision-making.
You will oversee financial planning, board and Welsh Government reporting, and manage the Finance Systems and Finance Support Teams.
