BCUHB is seeking a Senior ICT Support Officer / Senior Trainer to join the Digital ICT Academy within the ICT User Experience Team. You will lead clinical systems training, deliver sessions, and provide hands‑on support to staff to maximise safe, effective use of digital systems.
You will design materials, work with clinical teams, and drive improvements across training and system rollout activities, including evenings or weekends as required.
