Hygiene Manager

• You will set the hygiene requirements in order to achieve customer requirements and continuously improve the function on site.
• Reviewing existing practices and the recommendation and implementation of new procedures as appropriate.
• Ensure cleaning operations are conducted in compliance with specifications, meeting cost, quality, productivity and H&S target.

• We are seeking an individual with experience of leading a hygiene team within a food manufacturing environment.
• You should have a robust knowledge of a range of retail standards and BRC and have a good working knowledge of micro standards and current technical legislation.
• You must be able to show a track record of delivering improvement, effective management and resolution of related issues.
