Overview

Connect Appointments is recruiting FLT Counterbalance Drivers to join an established recycled plastics manufacturing business based in Rhyl. Our client operates a busy manufacturing and recycling facility, converting waste plastic into sustainable building products.

What’s on offer

Full-time permanent position
Monday to Friday, with rotating shifts:
- Week One: 6am to 2pm
- Week Two: 2pm to 10pm
- Week Three: 10pm to 6am
£13 per hour

Responsibilities

Safely operating a Counterbalance forklift throughout the facility
Operating shredding equipment as part of the recycling process
Moving and organising materials and finished products across the site
Adhering to all health and safety standards throughout the shift

Requirements

A valid, accredited Counterbalance forklift licence is essential
A minimum of 1 year’s Counterbalance driving experience
Previous experience in a recycling or waste management environment is essential
A reliable, safety-focused approach to work
