Job Overview

Fixed‑term secondment (3 months) until 17th July 2026 available only to staff currently employed by Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board (BCUHB). Applicants must obtain permission from their current line manager before applying.

• Assist the Ward Manager with the day‑to‑day running of the service, ensuring an ethos conducive to patient care.
• Take charge of clinical and nursing management of the ward in the absence of more senior staff.
• Occasionally cover for the Ward Manager.
• Foster harmonious working relationships within the multidisciplinary team.
• Supervise junior staff and provide teaching to both qualified and unqualified staff.
