BCUHB North Wales is seeking a Band 6 renal specialist nurse to join our renal transplant team on a fixed-term/secondment for 12 months. The role focuses on planning, assessment and maintenance of renal patients with a strong emphasis on quality improvement and education.
The post holder will work within the renal specialist nurse team across North Wales as part of a multidisciplinary/multi-service team to deliver integrated patient care, with clinical audits and ongoing professional development
