Retail Assistant – Part Time (Rhyl, Denbighshire)

We are looking to recruit a Retail Assistant for a permanent part‑time role working 16 hours across 4 days per week, including weekends.

Pay depends on age:

• Ages 16‑20: £10.95 per hour
• Ages 21+: £12.81 per hour

• Make all customers feel welcome with a friendly smile and simple hello.
• Assist customers in locating items and provide fast, friendly service at the tills.
• Help pack items and thank customers with a friendly goodbye.
• Handle stock with care while working deliveries and quickly place products into freezers and on shelves.
• Work with the team to complete daily and weekly routines that keep the shop safe, clean and tidy.

• A friendly, positive, hard‑working approach to work.
• Enjoy being busy and adaptable to various tasks (deliveries, till, floor, cleaning, stock rotation).
• Reliability – dependable, dependable team player who meets shift commitments.
• Flexibility to cover for colleagues on short notice; shifts are planned three weeks in advance and consider external commitments.
