Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Sales Manager located in Prestatyn. The Branch Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing sales activities within the branch, including setting sales targets, developing strategies to achieve them, and providing support to the sales team. Additional responsibilities include building and maintaining customer relationships, analyzing market trends, delivering excellent customer service, coordinating daily branch operations, and ensuring team performance meets organizational objectives.

• Strong leadership and team management skills to motivate and guide the sales team effectively
• Sales strategy, customer relationship management, and ability to identify and act on market opportunities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customer interactions and team collaboration
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to track performance and improve sales processes
• Time management, problem‑solving, and organizational skills to handle multiple responsibilities within the branch
• Previous experience in sales or branch management is highly desirable
• Strong knowledge of the wholesale industry and local market trends is an advantage
