Neath Port Talbot Council is seeking a Cynnydd Youth Engagement Worker to join our team. You will work with children and young people to improve engagement in education, holding a caseload and planning a range of interventions in a strengths-based, person-centred manner.
You will have experience engaging with young people in school settings, delivering interventions to address disengagement and behavioural needs, and adopting a multi‑agency approach to support young people and their families.
