Future Talent in Wales and the South West is seeking a proactive Programme & Relationship Manager to support gifted young musicians from low-income backgrounds. The role is 0.6 FTE, permanent, with hybrid working and occasional evenings.
You will develop and deliver high-quality programmes, build partnerships with arts organisations and schools, and provide one-to-one guidance to help young people reach their potential. Salary £28,000–£32,000 pro rata, depending on experience.
