Great Bear is seeking a confident Warehouse Team Leader to join our Worksop operation. You will lead a team in a fast-paced, modern warehouse environment where you will drive productivity and ensure health, safety and compliance across the shift.
The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and a proven track record of meeting KPI targets while coaching colleagues to reach their potential. This 4 on 4 off days shift runs 07:00–19:00 with a base salary of £28,505 plus £2,000 shift
