K-12 Professional Learning Facilitator; Independent Contractor

Overview

Make measurable impact on teaching and student learning by leading engaging research-based professional learning (PD) for K-12 educators. As a K-12 Professional Learning Facilitator you’ll educate, engage and empower teachers and school leaders as they strengthen practice and grow results.

You connect naturally with educators, bring a steady positive presence and love helping adults learn. You’re self-motivated, comfortable working remotely and energized by learning new approaches and sharing them in a way that feels practical and real.

Experience as a principal, teacher, instructional coach, trainer, consultant or professor translates beautifully to this work. We value people who take ownership, collaborate smoothly and welcome feedback as a tool to keep getting better.

As an independent contractor you’ll customize and deliver evidence-based instructional practices using your own presentation style while staying aligned to our content and outcomes. You’ll model classroom-ready techniques, guide meaningful conversation and help educators take strategies from good idea to ready to use.

A bachelor’s degree (or higher) and a genuine passion for training educators in innovative, research-aligned practices. Familiarity with the spirit of professional learning (job-embedded, collaborative, data-informed) is a plus.

Remote and project-based. Earnings vary based on individual effort, business experience, diligence and leadership.
