What You’ll Do- Design and develop mechanical components and systems using Solid Works for CAD drawings and 3D modeling.
- Maintain and optimize production processes to improve efficiency, safety, and sustainability.
- Collaborate with plant teams and management to implement continuous improvement initiatives
. - Support equipment procurement, installation, and troubleshooting.
- Apply Lean principles to streamline operations and reduce waste.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality requirements across all projects.
- Travel expectation: You will be expected to travel up to 25% as part of your role.
- Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in mechanical engineering or manufacturing.
- Technical
Skills:- Strong knowledge of mechanics, metal forming, and finishing processes.
- Proficiency in 3D modeling and CAD design (Solid Works required).
- Experience with manufacturing equipment procurement and installation.
- Familiarity with Lean tools and applications

- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
- Ability to distinguish colors for quality control (frequent).
- Occasional bending, stooping, and light lifting.
- Periods of sitting or standing as needed.
