We rely on Net Suite as our core ERP system to drive efficiency across finance, operations, inventory, CRM, compliance, and reporting. We are looking for an experienced Net Suite Specialist to join our team and ensure the system operates at peak performance.
Position Overview
The Net Suite Specialist will be responsible for the administration, configuration, customization, and optimization of our Net Suite environment
. This role requires deep knowledge of Net Suite’s architecture, data model, integrations, and performance tuning. You will work closely with Finance, Operations, IT, Compliance, and external partners to ensure reliability, data integrity, and seamless user experience.

. This role requires deep knowledge of Net Suite’s architecture, data model, integrations, and performance tuning. You will work closely with Finance, Operations, IT, Compliance, and external partners to ensure reliability, data integrity, and seamless user experience.
Core Responsibilities
- System Administration
- Manage user roles, permissions, and access controls.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement optimizations.
- Ensure compliance with security policies and data governance.
- Database Management
- Oversee Net Suite’s data model, schemas, and saved searches.
- Maintain data integrity across modules (Finance, Inventory, CRM, HR, Compliance, etc.).
- Develop and manage data migration, cleansing, and archiving processes.
- Customization & Development
- Design and maintain custom fields, forms, workflows, and scripts (Suite Script, Suite Flow, Suite Builder).
- Build and optimize dashboards, reports, and KPIs.
- Support development of custom integrations using Suite Talk, RESTlets, or middleware platforms (Boomi, Celigo, etc.).
- Test, validate, and deploy Net Suite patches, releases, and upgrades.
- Partner with business units to define and implement process improvements.
- Support & Documentation
- Provide support for Net Suite users across the organization.
- Create and maintain system documentation, SOPs, and training materials.
- Collaborate with external vendors and consultants as needed.
- Compliance & Backup
- Ensure compliance with SOX, GDPR, and internal audit requirements.
- Manage data backup and disaster recovery planning related to Net Suite.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of hands‑on experience as a Net Suite Administrator or DBA.
- Strong knowledge of Net Suite ERP modules:
Financials, Inventory, Order Management, CRM. - Proficiency with Suite Script, Suite Analytics, and Suite Flow
. - Familiarity with SQL, relational databases, and ETL tools
. - Experience with integration platforms (Celigo, Dell Boomi, Mule Soft, etc.).
- Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and project management skills.
- Net Suite Administrator or ERP Consultant Certification preferred.
