Asset Protection "Part‑Time" (Thurs: 2pm‑10:30pm and Fri & Sat: 10pm‑6:30am)

Join Living Spaces Furniture as an Asset Protection Associate to maintain security and safety at our distribution centers and retail stores. This part‑time position requires patrolling premises, reporting suspicious activity, and supporting investigations as needed.

• Secure premises and personnel by patrolling property.
• Prevent losses and damage by reporting unusual activity or circumstances.
• Confront violators of policy and procedures in a professional manner to redirect behavior.
• Inspect buildings and access points.
• Assist Supervisor in restraining trespassers or other violators.
• Manage vehicular traffic by directing drivers.
• Maintain authorized DC truck yard traffic using company tools and procedures.
• Support investigations by conducting surveillance and gathering facts.
• Complete reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities.
• Comply with legal requirements to maintain the organization’s stability and brand reputation.
• Contribute to the Inventory/Asset Protection team effort by accomplishing results as needed.
• Promote awareness of company policies, procedures, and directives.
• Submit new and innovative ideas to enhance job functions and company best practices.
• Provide assistance across business groups as needed.

Education/

Experience:

High school diploma or GED. Two or more years of related security experience. Proven knowledge of security operations and procedures. Prior security experience in retail or distribution centers is preferred. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

Computer

Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Report writing experience preferred.

Pay: $17.00 – $22.10 per hour. Retail, Guest Services, and Distribution Center Team Members are eligible to receive a team bonus based on meeting specific goals and KPIs.
