We are seeking a Senior Supermarket Rack Refrigeration HVAC Technician to support and oversee repair within Walmart facilities. The role involves using commercial HVAC and refrigeration skills, hand tools, digital and power tools to complete jobs.

• Maintain and repair Walmart facility's refrigeration HVAC equipment and assets using commercial skills and tools.
• Utilize the work order management system to receive repair work orders, support stores and staff, and document repair activities.
• Provide prompt response to emergency maintenance calls.
• Inspect, operate, or test facilities, equipment, or fixtures to diagnose issues.
• Complete all required safety training to operate equipment and tools.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations and Walmart safety policies.
• Lift up to 75 pounds, use ladders, and work at heights as needed.

• 10 years of experience in commercial refrigeration HVAC maintenance.
• Large scale rack refrigeration experience.
• Type I/Type II or Universal EPA Certification for refrigerant handling.
• Valid state‑issued driver’s license with clean driving record and ability to pass MVR.
• 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.

• 8 years experience in HVAC/grocery rack refrigeration and AAS in A/C and refrigeration.
• Completion of a 2‑year technical/vocational HVAC/R program or 2‑year associate’s degree in A/C and refrigeration.
• Excellent driving record.
• Prior work experience with glycol and CO2 systems.

Hourly wage: $29.00–$56.00, commensurate with skills and experience. Eligible for bonus incentives.
