Our client, a prominent organization within the construction, electrical, engineering, and mining sectors, is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to oversee complex mining initiatives. This role offers a pivotal chance to drive project success from inception to completion, ensuring operational excellence and stakeholder satisfaction.

Where You'll Make an Impact:

Lead comprehensive project planning, including drafting project charters and scheduling.
Coordinate engineering deliverables, prepare essential documentation such as Operating and Maintenance Manuals, and ensure safety compliance.
Monitor project milestones, review progress, and manage procurement plans and change orders.
Prepare and submit progress reports, invoices, cash flow forecasts, and project updates.
Oversee project completion activities, including handovers, lessons learned, and demobilisation.

Duties:

Develop project plans, schedules, and legal documentation.
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage subcontractors.
Monitor project progress, address delays, and optimize efficiencies.
Manage financial aspects such as invoicing, budgets, and change orders.
Ensure comprehensive documentation and reporting.

Requirements:

Proven project management experience in mining, construction, electrical, or engineering sectors.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and project management tools.
Ability to coordinate complex projects, manage multiple stakeholders, and deliver results.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience.

Nice to Have:

Proficiency in C programming language.

What We'll Give You:

Salary: R40,000 - R50,000 per month (Basic)
Full-time, on-site role in Kwa Zulu-Natal.
