Remote Construction Planner​/Scheduler

Our client is seeking a highly skilled Remote Construction Planner / Scheduler to join their team and contribute to the successful execution of complex construction projects. This role involves developing, maintaining, and optimizing detailed project schedules, ensuring that all phases of construction are planned effectively and executed efficiently. As a remote position, you will collaborate with project teams across different locations, utilizing advanced scheduling software and communication tools.

• Develop, maintain, and update comprehensive project schedules using specialized software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
• Analyze project scope, identify critical path activities, and establish realistic timelines.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and site personnel to gather schedule-related information and ensure alignment.
• Monitor project progress against the baseline schedule, identifying potential delays and proposing corrective actions.
• Prepare regular schedule status reports and presentations for project stakeholders.
• Assist in the development of resource loading and leveling for construction activities.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction planning and scheduling.
