Curriculum Developer - STEM

Our client is looking for an innovative and dedicated Curriculum Developer with a focus on STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) education to join their team in Richards Bay . • Design, develop, and revise STEM curricula for various educational levels, ensuring alignment with national learning frameworks.

• Collaborate with subject matter experts and teachers to ensure pedagogical soundness and practical applicability of curriculum content.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of implemented curricula through data analysis and feedback mechanisms, recommending improvements.
• Stay abreast of the latest research and best practices in STEM education and instructional design.

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a STEM field or Education, with a specialization in curriculum development.
• Proven experience in designing and developing educational curricula, preferably within the STEM disciplines.
• Strong understanding of pedagogical theories and instructional design principles.
• Excellent writing, communication, and project management skills.
• Familiarity with South African educational policies and curriculum frameworks is advantageous.
