Qualifications- B Tech / BEng/ BSc degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Government Certificate of Competence (GCC Mechanical Factories).
- 5 years in a heavy engineering environment, pref sugar
- Manage capital projects and plant modifications
- milling and diffuser operations and maintenance
- Asset management and condition-based monitoring
- lead and motivate the Maintenance and operations
- planned maintenance system
- technical fault-finding / problem solving skills.
- food safety standards (ISO 22000
) - leading the extraction operations and extraction maintenance
